* The pre agreed upfront payment is non-refundable , this includes the cost of property consultation, property sourcing, our
recommendation, and five on-site inspections of the property.

* If the transaction is successful, the upfront cost of the pre agreed amount will be included in the agreed Sourcing Fee.

If more than five visits are required, starting from the sixth time, an additional fee of £75 will be charged each time.
如需多於五次睇樓，自第六次開始，每次額外收費 £75.
The minimum service charge is £1,500.

FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE

With our Silver and Gold Packages you will receive our Initial Set Up Fee free (normally £150).
Our Full Management Service includes the initial property appraisal, marketing the property, arrange viewings, vet and secure the most suitable tenant, setting up the tenancy agreement, collecting and managing rental payments, updating information with utility companies and council tax and any maintenance issues. We will ensure your property is kept in good condition throughout the tenancy by regular inspection of the property.
