RAA (Referencing, Application and Appointment)
Our referencing and application process is designed to be straight forward and easy to use.
- Due to Covid 19, video viewings will be available with limited private viewings. Please kindly wear a face mask when viewing privately and be mindful of social distancing measures.
Health and Safety Regulations
- Every property we bring to the market will meet current guidelines on Health and Safety Regulations.
- Annual Gas Safe Certs, EICR, smoke detectors and heat alarms also Legionnaires Risk Assessment will be required.

We are always keeping our team up to date with new guidelines, new legislations and the current leasing legal documentation required by The Scottish Government.

Deposit Security and Inventory
Tenancy Deposit Schemes (Scotland) Regulation 2011 requires all security deposit to be held by a Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).

All rental properties that have a gas boiler or any gas appliances need an annual safety certificate is a legal requirement.

We help certify appliances (PAT Testing) as well as the Fixed Wiring (EICR).

Repairs & Maintenance
A 24/7 Helpdesk for all emergencies relating to gas, electric, water and heating is now available for all tenants to use. Call: 0141 473 0800
Tenants, please read on for useful tips on how to look after your property including basic checks you should carry out before reporting maintenance issues to your property manager.
